The Toronto Argonauts announced on Tuesday that they have signed special teams ace Janarion Grant. The 30-year-old spent the last four seasons with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, where he earned a reputation as one of the most dynamic and dangerous returners in the Canadian Football League (CFL).

Grant has been a key contributor to the Blue Bombers' success, helping the team win two Grey Cup championships in 2019 and 2021. Known for his exceptional speed, agility, and ball-handling skills, he has consistently been among the league leaders in return yards and touchdowns.

Argonauts General Manager Michael Clemons expressed his excitement about adding Grant to the team, saying, "Janarion is a game-changer on special teams. His ability to create explosive plays and score touchdowns will be invaluable to our team."

Grant has a proven track record of success, including eight career kick return touchdowns and 10 overall, including the playoffs. His most recent return touchdown came in the Blue Bombers' Week 13 victory over the BC Lions, where he took a kickoff 102 yards to the house.
