pune, India - - 23rd January 2023 - RWE Supply & Trading and Adani Green Mobility (AMG), a subsidiary of the Adani Group, have signed a term sheet for the annual supply of green ammonia from India. The contract will cover the supply of up to 1 million tonnes of green ammonia per year from 2026 onwards. The green ammonia will be produced using renewable energy sources, such as solar and wind power, and will be used by RWE to support its growing portfolio of green hydrogen projects. Hydrogen is seen as a key fuel for the future, as it is clean, sustainable, and can be used to power a variety of applications, including vehicles, power plants, and industrial processes.
